As a thank you for your support in the successful launch of our Carnation training facility this year, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary 1/2-hour private class or 1-hour group class of your choice.
It's our way of showing our gratitude for choosing to train with us.
Winter Weather Policies
- When the local school districts (Riverview or Lake Washington) are closed, we'll also be closed for in-person classes.
- Check your email before you leave home to see if classes are canceled.
- Additional online classes will be offered when in-person classes are canceled.
Inclement Weather Policies
We prioritize the safety of all our participants. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled when temperatures are below 32°F, above 90°F, or under other hazardous weather conditions that may endanger health or impede training. Additionally, we will follow the Riverview School District's closure policies. Stay updated via the district's website: Riverview School District. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes via text and email.
Please always check your messages before leaving home to come to class.

- If the Riverview school district is closed due to weather conditions, our in-person classes will also be canceled.
- Classes will be canceled if the temperature is below freezing during our scheduled class times.
- Please check your texts or emails before leaving home to see if classes have been canceled.
- Additionally, we will offer extra online classes when in-person classes are not held.
