Ready to improve your partnership with your dog?
Valerie Bogie's "The Mindful Handler" workshop is designed for you.
Day One: Unleashing Your Calm: Understanding and Improving the Human-Dog Emotional Connection is for all dog handlers, regardless of their experience or goals. You'll gain actionable insights and practical skills to help you become a more present, calm, and effective handler.
Day Two: Beyond the Cues: Fostering Emotional Well-being and Handling Performance Stress builds directly on the foundations laid in Day One and is tailored for individuals who compete with their dogs in any sport. This day includes working dog teams (handler and their dog) and focuses on the unique challenges of competition, helping you foster emotional well-being and manage performance stress for both yourself and your dog. Non-competitive handlers are, of course, welcome to attend both days to participate in Valerie's team coaching.
