FAQ

When can I start a group class?

Rally and Heeling Games classes are offered with open enrollment.  New students can start anytime that there is a spot available in class.  CGC Combo and Therapy Dog Prep classes are offered as a course of six classes, and are offered once each per year.  Trick Dog is offered as mini private classes during our Trick Dog Spectacular weeks in June and December.

How do I register?

New clients will complete an online registration form to provide information about you and your dog.  To do our best to ensure that only healthy dogs attend our classes, all new students need to provide your dog's current vaccine/titer and recent fecal test records.

What should I bring to class?

  • Portable crate or use your car.  No unsecured dogs are allowed.
  • Your dog on a 3 to 6 foot leash and a buckle/martingale collar or harness.  No flexi/extendable leashes are allowed.
  • LOTS of small, high-value treats that your dog loves that is easy for them to eat and does not crumble.  At least two different types in separate containers works well.

What if I need to miss a class?

If you would like to cancel a class you have registered for we require a minimum of 48 hour notice so that we can offer the spot to another team.  Cancellations (other than for medical reasons) less than 48 hours are not refunded.
